Keeping up-to-date with new developments in our industry has always been something that we’ve been keen to do. However, when it’s a new skill sometimes attending a training course can be the fastest and most efficient way of up-skilling. So we sent Jack on a Certitec Digital Publishing Suite, 3 day Masterclass in London to further his knowledge and improve our offering in the process.
Here’s the basic info of the course, taken from the Certitec Website:
DPS Masterclass – 3 day
In this highly detailed Adobe Authorised DPS training course which includes hands-on project building on the afternoon of the last day, you will learn how to use the Adobe® Digital Publishing Suite to build Single Edition and Multi-folio magazine apps to deliver innovative reading experiences and dynamic content on leading tablet devices such as iPad, Android and Kindle Fire. This course is delivered by an Adobe InDesign and Digital Publishing Suite Certified Instructor.

Our simple message of ‘Don’t ask us to free pitch anymore!’ just got the nod from Blair Enns (Win Without Pitching guru) on Twitter.
Thanks Blair, our decision to stop giving away our creativity was certainly a helped along by one of your lectures that we attended in Cardiff.
Well now you can prove it with our online quiz game about Wales. Cultured Cymru, produced for Culturenet Cymru many moons ago, asks questions like ‘Who was the first Welsh MP?’, Or, ‘Who scored the first Try at the Millennium Stadium?’. Be warned! You’ll need to have encyclopedic knowledge of Wales to get to the top of the Leaderboard.
Click on the link above and you’ll be magically transported to the game.
Go on, give it a go! It’s fun honest.
